Preliminary study of payment/e-payment and customer requirements scoping

We define with our clients the framework of the target project, taking into account the existing situation and its strengths and areas for improvement. Our teams are made up of experts who are up to date with technological, regulatory and business developments in payment systems.

Drafting specifications

We support our clients in the design of their information systems, from the initial description of their needs through to the development of functional and technical specifications included within e-payment and payment specifications. Our consultants and payment experts have in-depth knowledge of payment systems (repositories, servers, back-office, exchange systems) and protocols/networks (CB2A, Nexo, Visa Base I and Base II, Banknet, etc.). These skills enable them to define payment solutions which are interoperable and secure (cryptography, PCI, etc.) and scheme-compliant (CB, Visa, MCW, UPI, Discover, AMEX, etc.).

Coordination, project management and Payment & e-payment project management officer (PMO), and IS payment

We structure, organize and manage all aspects of the project, including organization, coordination, planning, budget allocation and monitoring, along with governance and committees. We organize and steer projects using our recognized methodologies. The Project Director, the Project Manager or payment/e-payments PMO manage and ensure the reporting on the project, drawing on their business skills and mastery of the essential tools.

Organization and processes

We optimise the e-payment and payment processes and define the associated governance of a function, based on a precise mapping of our clients’ players and business. Our consultants have extensive experience in implementing payment solutions.

Roll-out

We organize the deployment of new solutions and functionalities on behalf of our clients, by coordinating between the various internal or external service providers covering the project. Our consultants have a proven knowledge of the payments market processes and players.

Change management

We help our clients’ teams to adapt to changes in their environment and tools. We produce the documentation necessary for the launch and operation of new services (contracts, operating guides, technical and organisational procedures). Test expertise

We help our clients set up test strategies by defining factory test strategies for issuer domains including authorizations, card manufacturing and operations, and integration tests for banks and partners and also help design acquirer project back-office acceptance strategies. We also support clients in designing platforms, particularly by defining project management assistance for global testing strategy, building test plans and a reference test framework to be deployed across all client entities. The reference test framework and execution automation is managed by the Quality Center function of using KaNest® tools. We design test plans with our clients, drafting test scenarios, test plan development and valuation, integrated into the HP QC function and KaNest® and test execution. We also set up a project management assistance strategy for a mutualized card & payment system and design the reference acceptance target under a multi-distributor approach. Lastly, our expert payment testing project managers carry out test campaigns which are industrialized and run on an issuer authorization server.

Pre-certification

We support our clients in level 3 or 3DS certification procedures for payments and information systems (IS) e-payments, through a wide range of e-payment and payment project services and tools within our Service Centre, but above all through a global overview of the payments industry. Our engineers, supported by our versatile consultants, are qualified in initial compliance, maintenance certification and have extensive knowledge of complex payment regulations and standards, and certification strategies.
