Our history

Founded in 1990 under the name COGESYS, Galitt emerged as a pioneer in electronic payment consulting. Quickly innovating with test software and training courses, the company enjoyed remarkable growth.
In 2017, its acquisition by Sopra Steria marked a strategic turning point, refocusing its mission on the simplification, efficiency and security of everyday payments.

Galitt earns Great Place To Work® label

Every year, the Great Place to Work® certification rewards companies where it’s good to work.

Valid for one year, it is awarded on completion of the project. To be certified, an organization must obtain a minimum score of 65% positive responses to the Trust Index© survey.

At Galitt, 81% of our employees took part in the survey conducted with Great Place to Work®, i.e. over 240 employees!

In particular, these actions contribute to our result in the gender equality index set up by the French Ministry of Labor. In 2024, Galitt’s professional equality index is 93 points out of 100 (2023 data).

Our team

Our team is made up of 300 consultants, experts, developers, testers and sales people, each with extensive experience in payment methods, payment solutions and digital.
The six of us at the helm of Galitt come from very different backgrounds: we bring together all the strategic, commercial, technical and marketing experience linked to the world of payment. We have worked on every continent to design and deploy simple, efficient and secure payment services!
