Galitt labeled Great Place To Work®

Every year, the Great Place to Work® certification recognizes companies that are great places to work.

Valid for one year, it is given at the end of the project. To be certified, an organization must obtain a minimum score of 65% positive responses to the Trust Index© survey.

At Galitt, 81% of employees participated in the survey conducted with Great Place to Work®, i.e. more than 240 employees

Professional equality between women and men


Galitt and the Sopra Steria group pursue a policy aimed at promoting gender equality in the workplace. The objectives of this policy are:
• Attracting more women to digital and our businesses including payments.
• Increase the share of women in management
• And act on gender stereotypes

They are deploying various programs that meet these objectives.

These actions contribute in particular to our result for the gender equality index set up by the Ministry of Labour. In 2024, Galitt’s professional equality index is 93 points out of 100 (2023 data).
